It would be easier to find the perfect New Era hat if the sizing was consistent. I've got multiple 7 1/2 hats and they all fit differently.

It sucks that the fitted hats just don’t fit. We need more sizes, we order online anyway just add more size options enemies if you have to charge a bit more

I hate these hats. The sizing is all over the place, and it's hard to find the right size. Even when you know your measurements, they fit too tightly or too loosely.

Kind of disappointed that I couldn't use the filter (low profile/59fifty) on the New Era website to make a purchase. But I did find it elsewhere on Google search.

We need more colors, preferably without the mesh back. The navy with green front is best looking so far….. I need a work hat that doesn’t get soaked from my sweaty bald head the best thing I found so far are dri-fit hats but unstructured hats don’t look good on me because of my head shape.

If you lose weight your head will shrink so having a fitted hat will be a disadvantage wheres a snapback will adjust

The real answer is to take every single hat the store has in your size and try them on because they're all going to look and fit slightly different. Some crowns have weird peaks, some bills are a little crooked to one side, etc.
